Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer clients phone call
∎ Provide status of courier delivery to clients
∎ Provide status of courier shipment to overseas agents
∎ Update delivery status into website/excel local file
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft word/ excel/ email/ web browsing
∎ Read, understand & reply email in English
Salary: Tk. 13000 (Monthly)
