Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customer or partner and ensuring instant satisfaction on food and service quality.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls to ensure proper documentation of customer feedback.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding food quality, delivery service, complaints and feedback.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per requirement of the organization and meeting the benchmarks.
∎ Handle each and every client with care and honesty.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to thrive under pressure and instant problem solving skills and effective decision making skills.
∎ Basic Computer skills and knowledge in office application.
∎ Positive service mindset with helping attitude.
∎ Quick learner and tech Savvy.
∎ Flexibility and accommodating attitude.
∎ Must have good typing speed.
∎ Should have the mindset to work in shifting basis (Shifts might change based on work pressure and capacity).

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
