Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Problem Solving
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement customer satisfaction strategies to improve overall customer experience.
∎ Oversee all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service at all touchpoints.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, providing satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and requirements.
∎ Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs, preparing reports and presentations for management.
∎ Train and educate staff on customer service best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to anticipate customer needs.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
∎ Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
