Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement customer satisfaction strategies to improve overall customer experience.
∎ Oversee all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service at all touchpoints.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, providing satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and requirements.
∎ Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs, preparing reports and presentations for management.

∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to anticipate customer needs.
