Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively manage and coordinate with American clients and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Analyze data and key performance indicators to monitor work quality delivered by vendors.
∎ Handle client-to-vendor relationships through effective and transparent communication.
∎ Exercise decision-making power to negotiate, onboard vendors, and ensure continuous coverage.
∎ Resolve client complaints consistently, offering solutions to build and maintain long-term relationships.
