Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend calls, messages & emails of customers
∎ Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
∎ Provide information over the phone, massage or email to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Follow up communication with the customers
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Maintain & update Customer Database everyday
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems,
∎ Excellent communication skill,
∎ Good at MS Word, Power Point Excel,
∎ Management and Leadership,
∎ Proactive & Strategic Planning capacity
