Job Context:
∎ Both males/females can apply, so all executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone.
∎ Office Time: ( Sunday- Thursday 6 pm to 9 pm ) (Friday 3 pm to 9 pm ).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
∎ Need to be fluent in English.
∎ Attending office meetings for grooming.
∎ Client communication (regular updates, building relationships) Working as per their preferences
∎ Regular reporting to management by preparing regular report sheets.
∎ Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in communication.
∎ Smart.
∎ Dynamic.
∎ Dedicated.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
