Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome to all (visitors) and Clients & provides according to visitors queries and requirements.
∎ Answer all incoming phone calls, keep notes and transfer to concern person/ Department if required.
∎ Maintain communication with the clients of the company.
∎ Receive all incoming letters, parcel and send to concern person on time.
∎ Maintaining Daily In and Out time.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Looking smart & Sound health.
