∎ Must have 10 Years’ experience in Real Estate Sector as site/project engineer
∎ Must be Computer literate.
∎ Can work in Auto CAD and other relevant software of construction.
∎ He must have a genuine motor bike license and must know how to Drive a bike.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study the structural, architectural and other designs drawings of the project. Supervise the construction of building including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary, plumbing, electrical and total finishing works as per approved drawings/designs.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing, and implement projects in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
∎ Directly responsible for the implements of all structural and architectural requirements.
∎ Follow up all designs, drawing and specifications
∎ Keep focus on working drawing (structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing) & ensure actual progress of the project accordingly.
∎ Ensure site safety codes, occupational Health and safety Act, security of materials and equipment.
∎ Provide timely feedback and maintains liaison with management to minimize project risks.
∎ Any problem of the site should discuss with the authority immediately.
∎ In any matter to avoid confusion must discuss with the authority.
∎ Provide technical solutions to on site construction related problems and difficulties.
∎ Prepare works schedules and communicate any adjustments with the team.
∎ Manage multiple vendors and contractors.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Coordinate with purchase and procurement department to ensure proper inventory off all stocked materials at site.
∎ Must visit regularly and Supervise all under construction projects of the company.
∎ Comply with the company Rules and Regulations, Guidelines and Procedures
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
