Job Context:
∎ Should have the mind to work on a shifting basis (8-hour shift).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring
∎ inquiries and service information.
∎ Capture patient info and make appointment for Doctors /Counseling/ Psychotherapy
∎ Call Patient to reconfirm appointment date and time
∎ Call consultants for informing patients' appointment schedule and confirming their
∎ presence in the center on time.
∎ Appointment Reschedule or request admin to cancel any appointment with valid reason
∎ Resolves all patients' questions or concerns via multiple media; the phone, email, online
∎ chat or social media
∎ Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
∎ and/or alternatives.
∎ Maintains accounts by obtaining, recording, and collecting consultation fees and other
∎ charges
∎ Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial
∎ information.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile.
∎ Needs to work on weekends & Govt. holidays if necessary.
∎ Candidates have to work in 2 shifts (Day & Evening).
∎ Identifies and escalates issues to supervisors.
∎ Research required information using available resources.
∎ Maintains a high standard of service quality as per the requirements of the organization.
∎ Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
∎ Always maintains a positive and constructive attitude
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Strong communication skills, both in English and Bengali,
∎ Proficiency in typing is a must (English& Bengali).
∎ Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have the habit of working under pressure.
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without
∎ compromising quality

Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
