Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer customer accounts through taking queries and complaints by the field forces and provide prompt response towards resolution.
∎ Check and verify the new credit proposals and credit limit extension proposals and ensure initial validity.
∎ Check and verify customer-commissions, advance-adjustments, incentives and any bills of field force.
∎ Prepare customer-wise credit performance reports and classify bad paymaster accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly Sales Performance Analysis (SAP) of field force.
∎ Maintain and update essential sales documentation to support Administration, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Credit Department.
∎ Organize sales, meeting as per requirement.
∎ Ensure all required logistic supports as per need of the business.
