Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
∎ Provide product and service-related information to customers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the offerings.
∎ Provide personalized and tailored responses to address customer concerns as instructed.
∎ Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and align responses accordingly to increase lead conversion rates.
∎ Create and maintain a database of corporate customers with detailed profiles, including preferences, purchase history, and communication preferences.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and customer pain points.
∎ Generate reports and analyze customer data to track customer satisfaction, lead conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
∎ Weekly report preparation & presentation to supervisor to ensure transparency of work.
