∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Coaching Center, Consulting Firms

Job Context:
∎ CrackTech Limited is looking for open-minded, disciplined, intelligent and honest team members who are willing to work together with us for a Long Time.
∎ The CRM Executives will be responsible for maintaining quality communication and healthy relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage communication with users through channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, and email by responding to messages and comments.
∎ Maintain both incoming and outgoing mobile call communications with users.
∎ Collect user feedback regularly for service improvement and report to the appropriate authority.
∎ Prepare a repository of frequently asked questions and answers from customers.
∎ Boost sales by maintaining regular communication with a list of users provided.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with warm call experience. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
