Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers.
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Entry climes & Job report.
∎ Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers.
∎ Take appointment of the customer & Make schedule for sales team.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft Office Tools
∎ Fluent both in English & Bangla
∎ Internet Research
