∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce customer service or order management
∎ Proficient in both Bangla and English typing
∎ Strong computer skulls, especially with Google Spreadsheets
∎ Experience with social media management and online customer service
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

∎ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquires
∎ Determine to support or assist customers after sales
∎ Handle & Manage Logistics Calls (Courier & Riders)
∎ Manage Courier entries and Delivery Confirmation
∎ Keep Track of Inventory to ensure stocks
∎ Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports
∎ Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicates issues with the team’s help
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Understand the needs of business customers
∎ Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system
∎ Review your own sales Performance, aiming to meet sales targets
