Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers with inquiries about diagnostic services, pharmacy products, test results, and general information.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information about appointment scheduling, test procedures, and prescriptions.
∎ Handle customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and escalate them when necessary.
∎ Assist with appointment bookings and reminders for diagnostic tests or consultations.
∎ Process pharmacy orders and assist customers in obtaining prescription medications.
∎ Stay informed about the services offered by the diagnostic center and the range of medications available at the pharmacy.
