Job Context:
∎ This is a part-time/contractual role based in different location:
∎ ( Barura, Bogura, Gabtoli, Hajiganj, Maniktola, Melandah, Sreemangal, Tangail, Teknaf, Zanjira, Jamalpur)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers as they walk in to seek services and make note about the purpose of the visit
∎ Provide serial number for consultation with the Medical officer or Paramedic and guide the customer accordingly
∎ Verify validity of LCC card holders, and enter information into the discount register
∎ Receive service charges as per listed price for consultation fees (other than from LCC holders) and lab tests as advised by the provider and as per protocol
∎ Fill out all information in the cash memo and provide a copy to the customer
∎ Refer customers to the drug dispensary for purchase of medicines
∎ Hand over cash to the clinic manager or the admin assist from time to time so as not to hold on to excess cash at any time
∎ Refer customers (excluding LAA cardholders) who insists on discounted services, to the clinic manager or the admin assistant for approval
∎ Ensure that clinic waiting rooms are clean at all times and availability of drinking water
∎ Respond to all customer queries courteously and in a friendly manner
∎ Answer queries on the phone when needed
∎ Refer customers to nearest hospital or clinic for other health services not available at the SH clinic
∎ Ensure audio-visual equipment for the health education in the waiting room is working properly
∎ Collect notes and comments from the complaint box and hand them over to the clinic manager or the Admin
∎ Perform other duties as advised by the Clinic Manage from time to time.
∎ Comply with MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ At least two years of counselling experience with SH or any other preferably in a clinic setting
∎ Charming and smiling personality
∎ Well organized, attention to detail needed
∎ Must know how to enter accurate data in to a computer
∎ A proven track record of honesty, integrity and transparency is required.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Negotiable
