Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Answer quarries of customer through phone calls
∎ • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ • Suggesting products that meet client’s needs and informing customers about product details
∎ • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication (Foreign Clients)
∎ • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ • Take the extra mile to engage customers
∎ • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
