Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and manage online community interactions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
∎ Ensure that all interactions align with community guidelines and company policies.
∎ Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior.
∎ Foster a positive and engaging environment within the community.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
∎ Manage and maintain customer databases.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
∎ Track and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
∎ Assist in developing and executing customer retention strategies.Qualifications:
∎ Proven experience in online community moderation and/or customer service.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
∎ A problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
∎ Experience with social media platforms and online communities.
∎ Basic understanding of data privacy and online security practices.
∎ Community Moderation:
