Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming over the phone all the Clients with sincere greetings leading & providing according to their queries and requirements appropriately.
∎ Establishing a friendly connection with clients by assisting them during their service time and taking care of their necessities with sincerity.
∎ Attending to clients if they get adequate care and proper services.
∎ Attending incoming telephone calls, responding to their queries, taking messages, providing information.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of official documents and records.
∎ Have to prepare presentation if needed.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior.
∎ Maintaining Facebook page properly.
∎ Always have a "can-do attitude".
