Educational Requirements:
∎ O Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level
∎ O level/ A level/ BBA/ Bachelor (Must be Excellent in Speaking English)
∎ someone with great Spoken English but no proper education is highly encouraged to apply

Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Customer Relation Executive (CRE) for International Call Center.
∎ Experience in MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Campaign will get the preference
∎ NB: Don`t apply if you can`t speak in English fluently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Relation Executive (CRE) needs to make outbound calls to US/ CANADA to sell our product or services.
∎ Applicant needs to work for Night Shift (8PM-5AM or 9PM-6AM Bangladesh Local Time)
∎ Receiving calls & customers enquirers and selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ However, once you speak fluent and smart English, Techmart BPO doesn't care your Academic Record.
∎ Experience in International Call Center will get preference in order to be selected as Closer or Team Leader
∎ Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply (Only O Level, A Level or Fluent Speaker)
∎ Applicant needs to work 9 hours at night (8PM-5AM or 9PM-6AM Bangladesh Local Time)
∎ Career oriented and hardworking individuals are highly appreciated
∎ Minimum knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Skype etc.
∎ NB: Don't apply if you can't speak in English fluently and very smartly.

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Attractive Sales sales commission if you hit your target (Monthly Sales Commission).
∎ # On floor Cash (Daily Sales Commission).
∎ # A pro seller can easily make up to 5000 Taka Commission.
∎ GUARANTEED!! on time (By 10th of the Month) payment will be provided.
