∎ O Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level
∎ O level/ A level/ BBA/ Bachelor.
∎ Anyone with great Spoken English is encouraged to apply irrespective of academic records.
∎ Skills Required: Spoken English
Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Customer Relation Executive (CRE) for International Call Center.
∎ NB: Don`t apply if you can`t speak in English fluently.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employees to make outbound calls to US/ CANADA to sell our product or services.
∎ To receive calls & customers enquiries and sell our products over telephone.
∎ Office Hours: Night Shift (8PM-5AM or 9PM-6AM Bangladesh Local Time)
∎ Weekly Working Day: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
∎ Off Day: 2 Days (Saturday & Sunday)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ We don't care your Academic Record as long as you speak in English smartly.
∎ Experience in International Call Center will get preference in order to be selected as Closer or Team Leader
∎ Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply (Only O Level, A Level or Fluent Speaker)
∎ NB: Don't apply if you can't speak in English fluently and very smartly
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Attractive Sales commission if you hit your target (Monthly Sales Commission).
∎ On floor Cash (Daily Sales Commission).
∎ A pro seller can easily make up to 10000 Taka Commission.
