Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming/outgoing calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
∎ Influence customers to buy or retain product or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request record.
∎ Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
∎ Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
∎ Building customer loyalty through follow-up over calls.
∎ Solve customer query through our online platform
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
∎ Good typing skills both in Bangla and English (Minimum 40 Wpm)
∎ Knowledge of sales principles and methods
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English
