Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all of the inquiries perfectly.
∎ Provide actual service information to customers
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the organization.
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning.
∎ Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ At least 2 years in hospital Front Desk.
