Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Care Representative (Female) for Samara’s (A renowned boutique shop, a sister
∎ concern of Decor Interior Ltd.)
∎ Have to reply and queries from the clients in our Facebook page 24/7.
∎ Handle incoming calls & outgoing calls and reply the sms with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Manage different software, tools & websites (Training will be provided).
∎ Strong communication skills along with active listening.
∎ Providing products & services information to customers.
∎ Maintaining clients records and follow up system.
∎ Resolve customers complains.
∎ Communicating with customers for developing our Facebook page.
∎ Occasionally, have to visits nearby vendors and clients.
∎ Must have a smart attitude and a presentable appearance.
∎ Energetic & dedicated to work.
∎ Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation.
∎ Posting & preparing daily and monthly statements.
∎ Computer knowledge: MS- Word, MS- Excel, Net browsing, Bangla and English typing.
