Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer the patient's query and give the right information
∎ Hand over the task to next shift colleagues who will have on duty.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
∎ Give movement of the patient's file.
∎ Receive patients with joyfully
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
∎ Maintain customer databases
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Follow up on customer interactions
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ First Three (03) Months provisional period, after successfully completing the provisional period the company will decide to permanent the employee.
