Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a in a timely, professional and courteous manner and forward to the concerned department when needed.
∎ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers in an efficient, professional and positive manner.
∎ Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and efficiently.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and offering exceptional service.
∎ Update customer records, document interactions, and follow up on pending cases.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
∎ Maintain proper documentation
