∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ To ensure proper feedback as per requirement.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of requirements.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Customer Support Related Activities
∎ Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs, and assisting them.
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
∎ Maintaining sales documentation of all the relevant data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a Customer Care executive /Front Office Representative or similar role
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, social media and other IT tools
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Solid English in written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to take initiatives, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks
