∎ Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration/Supply Chain

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing procurement strategies that are the inventive and cost-effective process
∎ Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts
∎ Approving purchase orders and confirming the delivery of goods
∎ Negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the best price and service
∎ Should follow Just-in-time inventory management process
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
∎ Conduct business review meetings with the key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities
∎ Should aware of inflation, technology failure, change in policies, high competition, and changes in consumer tastes and preferences
∎ Expertise in reducing inventory waste and minimizing warehouse holding Expenses
∎ Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks
∎ Reporting to management on purchasing, controls, and processes
∎ Managing the IT systems that track shipments and inventory
