∎ Attend and respond to phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Record customer complaints and forward them to the responsible department or person.
∎ Track the progress of tasks, ensuring timely completion of pending issues.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on customer complaints, task status, and resolutions.

Our QC department ensures that all of our materials and finished products measure up to our stringent standards, we are doing business on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
