Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
∎ Listen actively to patient concerns, inquiries, and feedback, displaying empathy and sensitivity.
∎ Assist patients in scheduling appointments, surgeries, tests, and consultations according to their preferences and medical requirements.
∎ Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of resources.
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hospital services, medical procedures, visiting hours, and policies.
∎ Explain the admission process and required documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Over time allowance
