Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger.
∎ Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior
∎ Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
∎ Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Candidate must be good-looking and soft-spoken.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all information.
∎ Any other relevant tasks as assigned.
