∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone
∎ Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up
∎ Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers
∎ Assist Operations & Management team to run smooth business in daily tasks

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Digital Marketing
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
