Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call center agents will be responsible to communicate with customers on a day to day basis to make sales, solve customers' problems related to sales post on a market linkage platform.
∎ Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent
∎ Gauge sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
∎ Analytic skill and working ability for team development
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
∎ Can be roaster duty with night shift weekly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working for digital marketing would be preferable
∎ Experience in maintenance social media interaction or group page would be preferable
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
∎ Confident to take challenge and fulfil KPI
∎ Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
∎ Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team
∎ Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable
∎ Food/ nutrition/ fishery/ aquaculture background would be prioritize

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
