Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer support executives manage a team of customer support representatives and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ They ensure that the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service.
∎ Provide round-the-clock customer support through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively and make appropriate recommendations.
∎ Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and improve customer service processes.
∎ Exhibit strong communication skills in both Bengali and
∎ English, ensuring clear and empathetic communication with customers.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service
