Job Context:
∎ Duty Hour- 10:00am to 7:00pm, (Work at Office)
∎ Job Location: Hill View Housing Society, Nasirabad, Ctg.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain client database & communications through phone calls.
∎ Identify the clients' requirements & feedback to share with other departments for collaborations.
∎ Contacting potential clients to connect with the telesales Team.
∎ Answer customer queries over the phone, WhatsApp, or live chat
∎ Produce sales through phone call
∎ Make outbound calls as needed
∎ Answer customer calls, assist in completing customer orders
∎ Answer customer queries over the phone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in telemarketing /Customer Service Care(Call Center Agent).
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills.
∎ Excellent organization.
∎ Must be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ 1500/- (TA/DA), 500- (Phone Bill) Performance bonus ( Problem Solve ) Note: Canditdate can earn probably 18000 - 20000 Tk. (Includind Salary & Performance Bonus)
