Job Responsibilities:
∎ Boiler Engineering Works & Troubleshoot.
∎ Customer Relationship & Developments.
∎ Take inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide proper information to the customers.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer order and complaints.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English & Bengali, reading/writing/speaking.
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Analytic skill and working ability with team.
∎ Preference will be given to honest, dedicated and qualified candidates.
∎ Must have Computer Knowledge.
∎ Must have the attitude of working long days (Minimum 3-5years).
