Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, addressing customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and product-related questions.
∎ Welcome customers to our clinic and pet shop, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
∎ Assist customers in making informed decisions about pet products and services, tailoring recommendations to their pets' needs.
∎ Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized cash register.
∎ Keep meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
∎ Manage inventory and keep track of product availability, restocking shelves as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
∎ Provide support in scheduling appointments, managing client information, and updating records.
∎ Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
