∎ Minimum 5 years in sales (preferably in the construction or luxury home industry)
∎ Expertise: Skilled professionals with years of experience in luxury home construction.
∎ Customization: Tailored designs and personalized services for our clients.
∎ Technology-Driven: Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced technologies.
∎ Timely Delivery & Budget Control: Projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
∎ Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate, construction or luxury home sector.
∎ Social Media Management: Familiarity with handling customer communication via social media platforms.
∎ Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Presentation: Must be presentable with a positive attitude.
∎ Technology: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
∎ Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
∎ Education: BSc in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or (preferred). BBA / MBA
∎ Experience: At least 5 years in a sales or customer care role, with a focus on customer interaction and sales target achievement.
∎ Strong work ethic and a self-motivated attitude.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali (both spoken and written).
∎ Must be proactive, smart and presentable with a positive attitude.

∎ Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Services
∎ Interior and Furniture Design Detailing Services
∎ Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets as per the business plan and contribute to company growth.
∎ Customer Care & Handling: Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
∎ Customer Communication: Handle social media and online customer communication, ensuring timely responses.
∎ Sales Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads to expand the company’s network along with the team.
∎ Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
∎ Site Supervision: Provide site supervision and assist with customer queries related to site work.
∎ Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
∎ Cold Calling: Actively engage in cold calling and motivate potential customers to convert leads into sales.
∎ Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties and ensure efficient documentation and reporting.
