∎ Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, ETAP, Excel
∎ Understanding of codes & standards (BNBC, ACI, IEEE, NEC, ISO, etc.)
∎ Strong communication (written and spoken English)
∎ Analytical problem-solving and site coordination
∎ Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
∎ Skills & Qualifications:
∎ Technical Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage Project Development Workflow
∎ Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring smooth operation and effective collaboration across projects.
∎ Oversee and supervise team performance, providing mentorship and guidance for professional development.
∎ Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and bidding documents for EPC and consultancy projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
∎ Contribute expertise in system design, material selection, structural integrity and safety protocols — particularly in civil works and power system projects.
∎ Project Execution Oversight: Monitor on-site progress, ensure quality control, timely delivery, budget adherence and health & safety compliance
∎ Manage and coordinate engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
∎ Review and approve project proposals, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
∎ Technical Design & Engineering Analysis:
∎ Review and approve detailed engineering designs and calculations using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, PVSyst, ETAP, Excel.
∎ Ensure compliance with all engineering codes, standards and regulations during project execution.
∎ Quality Assurance & Control:
∎ Establish and enforce engineering quality control procedures to guarantee that all work meets safety, quality and regulatory standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of engineering designs and on-site construction work.
∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
∎ Address and resolve any issues that may arise during project development and execution.
∎ Sustainability & Innovation:
∎ Implement sustainable engineering practices and eco-friendly solutions into project designs.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the engineering field, incorporating innovative solutions into projects where applicable.
∎ Problem-Solving & Decision Making:
∎ Proactively identify potential engineering challenges and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
∎ Ensure decisions are made based on engineering best practices, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
