Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selected Agents/Advisors to work 24X7 and 8 AM-5 PM.
∎ Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Candidates have to make inbound/outbound calls.
∎ For Male morning, evening & night shift while female only morning, evening (up to 9:30 PM) & common shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a customer support role (Optional).
∎ Good in speaking & writing both in English, Bengali.
∎ Candidate should have good listening, communication skill.
∎ Must be thorough in Microsoft Office and web applications (Browser)
∎ Good in mail communication.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication listening skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Salary: Negotiable
