Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good communication with existing and potential customers via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger etc.
∎ Handle customer's complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Must be needed to maintain organizational policy and behavior.
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with customers.
∎ Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication Skills: Oral fluency in Bangla and English, confident tone, correct and well-structured conversation skills are required
∎ Personality: Have to be smart, presentable, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious.
∎ MS office and Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Must have to work from 9 am to 7 pm.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
