Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Architect Engineering Degree from reputed University(preferred). Academic qualification will be flexible for experienced candidates.

Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing architectural leadership for the project in a multidisciplinary professional environment. Develop discipline specific drawings and 3D models using approved software with little to no design direction on layout, sections, and details.
∎ Ensure drawing s meet project departmental and industry standard requirements.
∎ Receives understands and incorporates changes to drawings based on discipline lead mark-ups edits, comments and /or suggestions.
∎ Manages and maintain design changes and variations on design.
∎ Coordinate with other trades draftsman to develop combined drawings.
∎ Plots and pants drawings as needed and requested by engineers, senior designers and managers.
∎ Communicates and coordinates information to / from other engineering disciplines.
∎ Creates pdf files of drawings.
∎ Report project status to project team and discipline manager as requested.
∎ Plots and prints drawings as needed and requested by engineers, senior designers, and managers
∎ Communicates and coordinates information to / from other engineering disciplines.
∎ Creates pdf files of drawings
∎ Coordinate and /or create shop drawings for corresponding trades
∎ Coordinate and/ or create CSD among all trades
∎ Coordinate and / or create as -built drawings for relevant trades
∎ Log drawing revisions and keep records
∎ Reports project status to project team and discipline manager as requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 5 years experience in corresponding field is required.
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials.
∎ Strong CAD/BIM program skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
∎ Written and spoken English proficiency.
