∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Ensure the crewing operation, travel, medical and daily basis communication with crew and clients.
∎ Maintain the record of crew and clients.
∎ Manage the crew accounting part.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support crewing department on the daily crewing operation.
∎ In charge of recruitment of crewing personnel.
∎ Preparation of employment contracts and brief on company procedures and policies.
∎ Arrange medical check-ups or travel arrangements for crewing personnel.
∎ Constant update and verify their respective licenses, permits and certificates.
∎ Update employee records and documentation.
∎ Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
