∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in 2D/3D architectural and interior design projects.
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
∎ Strong creative vision with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to project changes.
∎ Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes is preferred.

∎ Manage the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring design quality and accuracy.
∎ Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate design elements effectively.
∎ Ensure all design work complies with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications.
∎ Review and approve design drafts and 3D models before client presentations.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and interior design.
∎ Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their technical and creative skills.
∎ Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines efficiently.
∎ Communicate progress and challenges regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain organized records of design files, project documentation, and client feedback.
