Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The incumbent to be responsible for making major corporate decisions.
∎ • Managing overall operations and setting the company's strategic direction.
∎ • To formulate necessary business policies for the attainment of strategic goal and will be accountable to the board of directors of the company to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.
∎ • Need to provide face to face support to the clients on various matters as required.
∎ • To make the total organizational structure along with manpower requirement and all other logistical aspects for required support to the company operations.
∎ • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
