∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing & facilitating the behavior of blood/plasma donor or his/her party for smooth onset and further propagation of task/procedure in our station.
∎ To facilitate Blood/ Plasma donor's donation process, consent, comfort as a whole.
∎ To inform & counsel to blood/ Plasma donor's regarding screening tests/viral markers of them.
∎ To guide & advise the blood/ Plasma donors with positive screening results for further investigation management, treatment and care, if necessary.
∎ To explain & clarify the nature of deferral (temporary or permanent) of the blood/ Plasma donor's & to encourage temporary deferred donor to return for further for future blood/Plasma donations after the defined period; until screening test is non- reactive on follow-up.
∎ To organize and schedule blood/plasma Donation Camps, in need-based areas like institutions, workplaces, organizations of our country & to lead mobile voluntary blood/Plasma campaigns as per schedules.
∎ To create awareness & motivate specific group of people for voluntary blood/plasma donation by delivering lectures or by applying various tools of communication.
∎ To keep all kinds of need-based information related to different organizations and their valued blood/plasma donors and to analyze those data related to our campaign for further planning of incoming voluntary blood/plasma campaign.

∎ Age at least 27 years
