∎ Master in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR responsibilities include daily employee attendance, payroll, TA/DA/Incentive documents collection and processing, implementation of company HR policies, recruitment, employee evaluation, employee document preparation, etc.
∎ Admin responsibilities include security, operational and cleanliness of office premises, arranging stationery, managing support staff, timely requisition of office amenities, service provider database maintenance, and contacting as per necessity, arranging office events, managing management members' travel and documents for various works, etc.
∎ Ensure renewal of all mandatory regulatory documentation like trade license, fire license, employee health certificate etc.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with all relevant local govt offices, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, influential community leaders etc.
∎ Ensure all attendance and leave records are properly maintained.
∎ Formulate and review different policies depending on the organizations requirement. Implement policies & regulations.
∎ Work closely with various departments in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures of different regulatory authorities.
∎ Market creation by vetting potential customers;
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
