∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and analysis of cost estimation of electrical and electro-mechanical analysis of various tenders submitted by the company.
∎ Analyzing and determining the amount, type, and cost of electrical materials and electro-mechanical fixtures needed for a construction project.
∎ Determining the amount of labor required to complete electrical works of a project.
∎ Determining the potential profitability of procuring electrical material and equipment to assist management in making sound bidding decisions.
∎ Completing and submitting competitive bids in accordance with evaluated estimation of electrical expenditure involved in a project.
∎ Regularly updating cost databases to accurately reflect fluctuating material and labor costs related to electrical works.
∎ During project work, continuously monitor and evaluate the fluctuation from the estimation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Effective communication Skills.
