Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: BOQ Analysis, Electrical Drawing, Mechanical Design, MEP, Project Budgeting, Project Costing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction cost estimation, Electrical Drawing, HVAC or MEP field, Mechanical Design, Project Costing, Project Management, Project Planning, Quality Control Management, Subcontractor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Technical Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved documents.
∎ Complete the WIR (Work Inspection Report) related issues.
∎ Supervise payments for claim owners and subcontractors as per approved WIR and others documents.
∎ Being able to effectively provide accurate cost planning based on MEP design and budgetary criteria.
∎ Carry out Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
∎ Knowledge of plans or constructions and updated budgets.
∎ Providing a detailed analysis of budgets and expenditures, progress, and reports on projects in a necessary period.
∎ Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers to ensure that deadlines, procedures, cost management and other project requirements are met.
∎ Identify potential financial or cost risks.
∎ Perform risk analysis and provide advice to the Client and the management.
∎ Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the state of the construction techniques, project management, and contract administration. Familiarity with various project delivery models (Construction, design/build, BT, EPC) is a plus.
∎ Other duties as assigned
∎ Great knowledge on MEP BOQ, VO and VE
∎ Variation Order and Value Engineering
Salary: Negotiable
