Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Any, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Cost control

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determination of project and actual volumes of work based on project documentation.
∎ Preparation, examination, approval of estimated documentation for certain types of work.
∎ Maintain a general log of work and a log of the performed work.
∎ Preparation of certificates of performed work and certificates of the cost of performed work.
∎ Checking the volume of consumption of materials, preparation of reports on the consumption of materials.
∎ Preparation of tender documentation.
∎ Maintaining a cumulative statement of the project.
∎ To calculate the costs of material and technical resources for the production of construction works.
∎ To calculate the cost of operating construction machines and mechanisms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Russian Speaking Preferable.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Have excellent knowledge of computer operating
∎ Person with skilled Computer graphics will be given preference.
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla (via phone, email and in-person)
∎ Candidate should be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
